If this is your first time attending one of our group classes, we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes before class. Please fill out our Group Class Registration Form and bring it with you to class.

CanceLlation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 24-hours before the start of the class by logging into your personal Mindbody account at MindBody or by calling the studio at (816) 492-5648. No-shows or less than 24-hour notice will be charged for any missed sessions. 

Any cancellation and/or rescheduling after the 24-hour window will be considered a "Late Cancel". A Late Cancel informs the instructor of the late cancellation but will still forfeit the class/session and charge the account. 

Pregnancy & Postpartum Classes 

For pregnancy or postpartum classes fill out either the Pre-natal or Post-natal Form that requires physician/midwife signature before participation.

**Special Reminder! If participating in Pilates for Pregnancy, we request that you bring a personal exercise ball (65 cm) to every class.

For Privates & Equipment Classes: 5901 Main St. Grandview, MO 64030 (Please park along the east side of the building and enter through the side door facing Dairy Queen.)

For all other Group Classes: 1309 Main St.  Grandview, MO 64030 (Please park along the west side of the parking lot and enter through the glass door on the far right of the warehouse.)
