Experience a pregnancy-specific class designed to bring balance and alignment to both mom and baby in the womb. Our Prenatal Weekly Program integrates Pilates principles into this Spinning Babies and Body Ready Method-informed class. Participants are asked to bring their own birthing ball to every class to assist with exercises and practice labor positioning.

For a more in-depth experience, consider our Prenatal Body Balancing Series facilitated by our Spinning Babies Aware Practitioner and Body Ready Method PRO. This series is offered at specific times throughout the year and is designed for moms and their birth team, helping you gain confidence with tools recommended for body balancing in both pregnancy and labor.
