This is one of our favorite pre and post-workout drinks. This plant-based protein powder is made from pea, pumpkin seed, brown rice, and hemp. It also includes probiotics, digestive enzymes, whole-food sources of amino acids, such as alfalfa juice powder, wheatgrass juice powder, spirulina and bee pollen, and specialized herbs for building strength and vitality, such as American ginseng, pine pollen, maca, licorice root, schisandra, royal jelly and more. We love adding a scoop to a smoothie, or when we're in a rush, mixed with water.
